The turning point (haha get it) was when they removed the "right turn only" signs. That was a mistake that caused a lot of unnecessary confusion.

Traffic circles are awesome, but again, people in BR suck at driving. I have seen people STOP in the middle of the roundabout by sorority row to let people get in.

Nah, just an unofficial passing lane, a.k.a. the shoulder. I've seen entirely too many near misses there.

I would put Baton Rouge up there for worst drivers in America. Other places have worse traffic but just pure dumbass per dumbass, we take the cake.

And they should just consider LSU a battle zone. Probably half the students have bottom line insurance and don't know how to drive a lick.
