Michael Phelps was arrested for DUI early this morning

Officials just issued a statement saying Phelps was initially pulled over for going 84 in a 45 ... and during the stop, the officer noticed he was hammered.
Our sources say Phelps was hauled to a nearby station where he was booked for DUI -- and was eventually released.

If I was ever a professional athlete I would have a clause in my contract stating they would pay for cab rides and shite.

Phelps is the man...but this is a big frick up. The first DUI is an honest mistake, and the bong-gate was not a big deal at all. But a second DUI?
