Do Dems "gloat" in the fact that they just outsmarted Pubs?

Obamaphones (yes I know it's been around but openly "pushed" by this admin much more than others.
Voter registration cards in letters to food stamp recipients before the last election informing them of their nice rise in benefits (which conveniently later "expired."
Amnesty
Obamacare
They just are openly buying votes, outsmarted Rebublicans and most have no problem flaunting it.
Am I right?
Edit: I forgot the subprime housing market and cash for clunkers.

I wouldn't say the Republicans have been outsmarted by some of what you listed. They have gone to the state level to implement Voter ID laws that could potentially disenfranchise certain voters.
