Heading down to orange beach tomorrow. How much time saved/how much easier is the new toll road? Is it the next exit past highway 59?

Definitely saves time! You pay $3.50 to cross the bridge right near the wharf. And yes its the next exit down from 59.

Yes, if it's a high traffic time in Foley. Foley sucks.

Fantastic option to avoid the crowd and traffic. Also a huge way around the Foley Outlet Entrance area. You can get in there and out of there if you shop in no time flat and make it back to the beach with ease.

If you can't afford the $7 both ways then you may not need to be on vacation...

It's about three dollars each way isn't it? Just went a couple months ago.

Tried skipping it and on the way down and Foley cost me 40 minutes.

I want to get back to Orange beach again.

But every time we get a group for a beach trip we go to PCB or Destin instead, but sometimes the water at Orange is just as nice. Plus it's a lot cheap and 2+ hours closer.

I've taken it twice from I 10 all the way to County Rd 4 in Gulf Shores. It will save you 30 mins during normal traffic and over an hour or more during peak traffic on 59. It's wonderful and totally worth bypassing all the red lights.

I was in Destin last week and no traffic at all. Must have a turtle in the road today.

I'd pay $20 each way to avoid the Foley red lights.
