I pass that billboard twice a day. I was hopeful when the summer began but noticed the new billboard in August.

A sign with a pediatric cancer patients name and picture appeared just outside of Galveston in early summer.

There was a billboard posted originally asking for prayers for a 6 year old named Percy with cancer. The billboard was recently updated with a message that Percy has died thanking people for their prayers.

Yeah, I'm not going to second guess what parents of a terminally ill child do . That's a nightmare no one should ever have to face.
