Is Goose Island Matilda Sold in NOLA?

I find Matilda to be an excellent fall beer and strong enough to really get hammered while watching football. Anyone seen it on tap or in bottle locally around NOLA?

on tap no, but Stein's usually has several bottles at any given time.

ETA: hop over to Mississippi and you can get it.

Oh I thought it was included in those 4 or 5 750ml Goose Island bottles they always have in stock. I dunno, I don't ever buy the stuff.

I find it odd that y'all do not get Matilda or Sophie in bottles down there

I just pick some up whenever I'm in Mississippi. They also sell the 4 packs.

As the resident Sisters Homer, so do I...My mother has to bring 4-packs from Monroe (of all places) when she comes down

Good thread. I love the stuff.
Anyone know if/where it's sold on the Northshore?

Bump. Anybody anybody? Maybe Matilda doesn't cross the state line?

Check out Acquistapace's in Covington or Red, White & Brew in Hammond.

Just had one last week up here in Chicago, my favorite besides the Sophie.
I tried to go last night and found out they just shut down their brewery by my place
Check out whole foods

Yeah, it's just dumb. It's on tap at several places around here, but no bottles.

I would be surprised if they knew GI did more than the 312

Was just at Stein's yesterday. I repeat my previous statement. No Sophie or Matilda, only the sisters stuff.
