Is Sproles one of the most underrated RBs in the NFL?

Not sure how a player with such a huge impact gets away for only a 5th round pick.

I definitely didn't like the move for a 5th, but wasn't Sproles a salary dump? Needing some cheddar to help dress up that overrated D(Byrd move..etc..), and needing to pay Graham? I don't follow them that closely.
Sproles is so small, yet powerful, quick, and has nice balance/bounce/hands/etc..always been a fan.

I love Sproles and will always pull for the guy for what he did for us but let's see how he's playing later in the season. He looked like this last season and really wore down towards the end.

I remember a times picayune writer saying they wouldn't miss Sproles. How's that working out now?

He's 31 - if he's this quick in Week 12 I'd be surprised.

In November, the Eagles' grass field will be shite and he will be tired. Then we'll see. If he does this for 16 weeks, of course the Saints will miss him.

Just read on the Saints board that we are first in the NFL in points and second in yards. Not really hurting that much on offense. Credit to mm2316

The writing was on the wall with Sproles at the end of last season - the burst just wasn't there and the Saints FO and Sproles knew his Saints tenure was ending with his contract situation looming.
All Saints fans miss 2011 Sproles - he was a nightmare to defend.
