A 4 mile strip of great restaurants high end retail shopping and all around cosmopolitan atmosphere.

If New Orleans is so great why do people have to spend so much time doing stuff like this?

My biggest problem with BR is there aren't enough neighborhoods like that. Too sprawled out without cultivating the interior. Government Street has serious potential though. Perkins by the overpass is pretty cool too.

But your answer is "no". Government street may be the closest thing but it's not really close. Most cities don't have everything down one street.
