Psh. frick that pace strategy. My front 3 is

Perisic --- Olic --- Shaqiri
and the backups
Stocker --- Immobile --- Sam (or Volland)

I love it.

Gyasi Zardes - Wanted a young ST to be my 4th striker. Got him for $4 million and he's already +3 playing only in mop-up time or against scrub teams.

He's one of the only MLS young Americans on 15 that I've seen with high-ish potential. Great pickup for striker depth.

Considering I got offers for $8 million in the winter window, I'm glad I got him early.

I was curious what the SB Manager Mode players' record sale has been.

Got mine the other day in my Everton save. Sold Bernard in my fourth season for an even $100M to PSG.

Used that money and a couple of deadwood sales to reload: bought Aubameyang, Draxler, Ravel Morrison, Serge Aurier and a young, speedy French striker whose name escapes me at the moment.

I've come in fourth, third and second in my three EPL seasons. We're gonna take it this year.

Also quick question, is the HUD on anyones game pretty much at the edge of your tv. On my 40inch its damn near off. I played on a 52 inch and it wasn't even close.

Wil Trap and Harry Shipp have decently high potential. And Zardes only has potential up to 76 I think, which is disappointing. Hyndman goes to 79, Brooks to 81 or 82, and Yedlin is 82. Luis Gil is also a 79.

Warning this will take some of the fun away

This is the FIFA 15 Manager Mode payer growth charts. I have to warn you that since I looked at it some of the fun definitely left transfer window.

Yeah, I forgot about Trapp and Gil. Yedlin is already contracted to Spurs in this game. :|

Nah. I've been using SoFIFA's potential ratings and growth things for years. They aren't absolute, but they're good for finding great young players. You still have to play them, and they usually have to play well to reach their peak (sometimes even over the peak).

For example, I just found the French guy I bought with Everton. LINK

Amadou Soukouna starts as a 59 and only has a potential of 67, but I bought him in my fourth season when he was an 82.

Rafinha (Barca) and Thiago have red chemistry on FUT

That bothers me more than it should. There should be a relative exception

I'd petition EA about that.

I finished up my first season as manager. Did alright. Lost out in Champion's Cup due to away goals, but season was good outside of that. Noticed I was really struggling to score towards the end of the season. Was odd.

Did find a 16 year old, 73 rated CM though. That's fun.

I'll combine that with my Marcelo 4-star skills petition

So, I finished the year top of the league by a wide margin. Sadly, Van Persie forced his way out at the end of the transfer window. No reason given, but I sold him for $110 mill to Real. Used that cash to buy Suarez ($80 mill) and Lukaku ($45 mill).

Also loaned out a ton of young players, got rid of Johnny Evans (12.5 mill to Southampton) and brought on De Sciglio from AC Milan to eventually replace Rafael.

So... I won the league on GD with Everton. Got some funds by selling Gio Dos Santos (He was Top Scorer) for 44 million. Sold Ross Barkley for 12. (Didn't develop at all). Managed to bring in Pogba for 18 million. Don't know how he's so cheap. Also got Carvalho and Isco. Trying to bring in a new striker too. The squad is looking nice.

Playing a 433 for now.

------------Howard------------

Arias--Jagielka--Zouma--Baines
------------Carvalho---------------

----Pogba------------Isco----------

Lamela-------------------------Depay
----------------Destro---------

ETA: With the sales of those players and the funds from winning the league I still have 20-30 millions pounds to play with. Any suggestions on quality youngsters rated 70+ to bring in and add squad depth? Playing in Europe is going to kill me.

This guy.He was a 75 at 19 after one season and he could be had for decently cheap (like 15 mil for a potential future high 80s player)

Bought Gio first season on a whim and he just was a beast. Played so much better than his rating and scored almost every game. Had like 25 goals in the league.

Ran away with the league in my fourth season at Everton. Kinda bored with that one, thinking about starting one with either Valencia, Inter or one of the old powers in France.

Here's the 5-2-3 I ran (inverted wingers that played LAM and RAM):

Tim Howard; Leighton Baines, Juan Jesus, Joel Matip, John Stones, Serge Aurier; Ross Barkley, Junior Malanda; Stephan El Shaarawy, Romelu Lukaku, Pierre-Emrick Aubameyang

BENCH: Joel Robles, Nicholas Nkoulou, Oscar De Marcos (can literally play every single position), James McCarthy, Amadou Soukouna, Christian Atsu, Ravel Morrison
