What formation are you running? Granted I only played with Everton against my roommate but Barkley is the tits at the CAM position in the 4231.
By the way, Mousa Dembele (Fulham not Spurs) is a beast. He's only a 64 at the start but doesn't feel like it at all. Very athletic. I got him for 2 mil. For an 18 year old striker already at 64 that is super solid.
If you're looking for a young RB you can get Bellerin pretty cheap. You should probably loan him out for a few seasons though or play him in matches against scrub teams. How is Chambers rated? He just made a move so Arsenal aren't going to be interested in selling him.

I don't know how expensive Bellarabi is on the game but that dude is a monster. I've been playing with Leverkusen online. He, Son and Kießling are a solid attack.

Volland is one of those that plays really well for his overall. IMO

Update: Destro agreed to my contract offer (after demanding more money).
Thinking about Lamela as an option on the wing. Him and Destro would be my more expansive purchases. Arsenal wants 5 for Chambers. Will look into these other guys as potential buy and loans or to play in cup matches. Have the team up to 4th right now, ahead of Spurs on GD. Hoping to finish top 4 and make Champs League.

Is there anything you can do to get your players on loan? Have some promising young players, but no one is biting.

I could use some general tips. Playing on the 360 if that matters.
How the frick do I stop someone from going through my whole defense on opening kickoffs/after goals? I don't think it's just me because I can just as easily run through opponents and get a decent look 3/4 of the time.
Also...any tips for scoring 1v1 vs the keeper? I've gotten really good at setting up good looks but seem to miss wide or get it blocked most of the time. I've tried lobbing when they charge but it's more when they are barely charging.

1 on 1 I think a low/weak finesse is better but then again I suck at it so..
Eta - just won my second to last online game that would've got me promoted with a chance at the title (3-0) and when the game was over is gave me some bullshite about being disconnected and now I've got to try again..

Well, you can go into the squad report under the squad tab and see their form and the effects on their stats. Every player on loan as improved somewhat.

I am absolutely getting slaughtered online. I can't go more than 15 seconds without someone having a decent shot at a goal.
I did all the skills challenges and tutorials but then I get online and people walk right through me. And this is in divisions 9-10. Last year was the first version I didn't really play online, but holy hell I'm bad now.
