All about the fricking Ray Rice crap. I know it's a terrible incident but enough already. There is other sports news happening. You can talk about it but it seems the whole show today is devoted to this incident.

My issue was Golic saying thet DV was a deal breaker for him, but I dont remember him being too upset that Big Ben sexually assulted 2 women and only got 6 games.

You say that as if ESPN couldn't have released the video. They're pissed that they have to discuss something that hurts the NFL. They didn't get beaten, they got outed.

Rice can now become a Sports Analyst or run for public office. He has met the standard.

Yep. If they talk about it enough, they'll get more coverage and ratings than TMZ will.

You guys act like Disney/ESPN are the Illuminati and Skull and Bones combined.

ESPN got out sourced they're talking about what the country is and making money.

I love how people on this site bash ESPN claim never to watch or listen, but in real time post what their guest or host said.

They cater to 12 year olds with their silliness, jingles and all around lack of professionalty.

The show's product is determined by the suits in N.Y. They are concerned with only one thing, ratings and the bottom line. If the suits feel that covering Rice's story all day long on all of ESPN's programs will generate fan interest the most, that's what the public will get. And never forget: 40% of the NFL's fan base is female, and ESPN desperately wants to tap into that dynamic as well.

Like it or not, this is an issue people are talking about. Just look at the first page. I hate when they drag out stories also.

Tiger woods
Big Ben
Brett Favre
T.O.
Tebow
Redskins

All done to death.

Donald Sterling was the worst. I started rooting for the guy to keep his team after all the bull shite from the players and "outraged" people.

If I recall, these women said he groped them at a club or something. Two things about that; with no video its simply he-said, she-said. Secondly, I would think arse grabbing in a club is pretty common. Knocking your girlfriend out like an animal is a whole different thing.

i'd really love to see the numbers as to how they came up with that conclusion.
I just don't believe that for one second.

but yeah i agree with you. There show is all about ratings, which is why i don't listen to them. They don't talk about what they want to talk about like Cowherd or SVP will do. They talk about what their bosses tell them to talk about.
