Somebody blackmailed the NFL or the Ravens and after getting paid they waited a little while then sold it to TMZ.

Additionally, Ray Rice was going to be reinstated on Friday. He was so close, but TMZ dropped the hammer.

They said today that he would've been reinstated on Friday because the Ravens play on Thursday night.
