Dude on dude elevator etiquette

Follow along here...
Let's say it's 5 pm and people are getting off work. Guy A gets on the elevator on the 15 floor and presses level 1 to leave and go home. On the 9th floor the elevator stops, guy B gets on, checks the panel and pushes level 1 (even though it's already lit up) signifying he too is headed home.
The elevator reaches the first floor and the door opens. Who exits first?
Clarifications:
No women on board
Only guy A and guy B are present
Both are roughly the same age (No one is visibly older or younger than the other)

Whoever is closest to the door. If one guy is a lot older maybe the younger guy gives a little respect and lets the other person exit first.
Plus what he ^^^^^ said.

Guy B most likely.

Justified murder.

The one closet to the door?

Whoever is closer to the doorway. If they are equidistant, then it is the guy who got on first.

The alpha. Congrats on trying to be polite though.

Who ever is closer to the door which would probably be b.
I thought this was going to be about pooting in an elevator

Whoever cuts the loudest fart.

Probably the guy that got on second, as the guy that got on first likely moved to the rear as the second guy got on and he's likely further from the door than the other guy.
That's what I'd do...

whoever is closer to the door?

Alpha stand directly in front the door.

Nod to the other dude to exit first. Other dude says thanks.
ETA Assuminf neither is clearly closer to the door. In that case, it's obvious the one closer exits first.
