Shits about to get real between me & them tomorrow!!!!

Been a loyal Richards customer since about 2000. My moms last car and my last 2 cars have come from there. All oil changes on my current, some maintenance and repairs done their as well. Not only that, but I'll be in the market for a new ride within the next 2 months and was leaning toward a diesel Passat or another loaded Accord.

Took my car there today for an oil change at lunch, went back to work then to the gym. I go to put my shite in the passenger seat after working out and hear this loud arse "CREAK" and I'm like WTF!!! I look down by the front quarter panel/door area by the wheel well and the area is all kinds of fricked up!!!

Only place this could have happened was there.

How would OT handle this?

You will say it happened there, they will say it didn't. No proof, you lose.

Probably got hit at the gym or work.

Better hope they kept the cameras rolling and didn't have one "go on the fritz"

I would have called and talked to a manager and brought the car in to let him see it and give him a chance to fix the situation before freaking out like a bitch on a message board. But that's just me

They're supposed to document all prior damage when they take your vehicle so you should be ok.

Or they will say there was no damage when it came in nor left. It must have happened once you went to work or the gym.

. Reading skills... get some!!! Yes, I left without having a clue because it was on the passenger side and I didn't having any reason for opening that door or inspecting my car before I left. It was until later in the day that I opened that door and noticed the damage.

I would bring it to the shop manager Monday morning. That's where I would start. Don't drive it much. They recorded the mileage when you brought it in. Be honest and calm. Believe it or not, some employers aren't aware of everything their employees do. There are also a lot of shady fricks that will make this shite up. Don't be one of them. Best wishes.
