I need suggestions of the top beers brewed in la. I know the obvious ones (see below). Please add anything that you think should be in the top 16.

Qualifications:

1. Beers must be brewed by open/licensed/fully operational brewery (no mudbug, 40 arpent, owl whatever, etc

2. Beers must have been brewed at least once or will be brewed again. (No one offs like project x, Arabella, etc))(brewery only beers will count as long as it meets this rule)

KFBD BBBLA Amendment 1: The only exception to #2 is if the beer had wide distribution (like more than GitM b2) and brewed in the past year. (No one offs that are brewery only releases).

At least 16 in total will play.

GitM
Grand Reserve
Grace n Grit
All my tomorrow's
Irish channel stout

Y'all fill in the rest. Voting threads will begin Monday.

GR Make Believer Session IPA should be on this list

GR Born in the Barn is another that should be in consideration, although it is a brewery only beer

Do Abita Select series count? If so I would say they have multiple stouts better than ICS that should be considered (Macchiato and Bourbon Street). Cue the haters.

Probably because it tasted like the can itself.

I'll nominate breakfast brown if it's within the guidelines.

So this list will be compiled of a bunch of beers that can't be purchased at any stores in the NOLA area. Go LA
