Official Traffic To Houston Thread (Updated 2:45 PM)

I have nothing better to do than this for the evening due to a sprained ankle. I will provide updates as often as I can.
I-10 WEST UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED:
9 mile backup from Siegen to New Bridge
1 mile backup around Milepost 135
5 mile backup from Milepost 126 to 121
1 mile backup at Exit 64
3.5 mile backup through Lake Charles (USE 210 LOOP)
1 mile backup just before Vidor
2 mile backup around Milepost 835
*****TAKE I-610 FROM I-10 WEST DOWN TO THE STADIUM, PAST 610 IS A NIGHTMARE RIGHT NOW*****

Houston is pretty stupid right now.
I10 downtown and west
59 south of downtown
45 around downtown
610 north and west of downtown
Avoid all of these dumb areas if you can as it is crazy. Accidents and traffic are raining from the sky.

Actually 210 in Lake Charles is not a loop, it is a BYPASS....but yes, take 210 thru LC

210 loop through Lake Charles takes you through the middle of city where mall, restaurants, and casinos are located...I 10 takes you through north Lake Charles where there are less businesses. However the I 10 bridge usually backs up whereas 210 bridge doesn't

Update from Vidor in to Beaumont. Slows quickly to a stop but picks back up again to about 45mph until over bridge. Surely it'll get a little worse before it gets better between now and 6.

Currently on 45 South coming from Dallas, no traffic yet but I suspect we'll hit some

45 south from 249 (Mt Houston Rd) being blocked will never let you down. You could take the Hardy Toll Rd toward downtown. I hate Houston traffic - I'd take Dallas traffic anytime over H-town.

Must have a toll tag to use hardy btw. A Dallas tag should work though. My ez tag from Houston works in Dallas.
