The Dangers of Dumbassery

A few days ago, a blogger known as the food babe posted an article on the "dangers" of starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte. The internet erupted in "shock" at what was in their coffee, yet failed to check the source of the material, the foodbabe herself.
For those that do not know, the food babe is a food blogger who posts about what is really in your food. She fails, however, to use actual scientific research and relies on scare tactics and the readers stupidity to get hits on her blog. She says things akin to, "don't walk on the ground, because dirt is deadly. The ground contains arsenic and radiation." While true, the soil does contain amounts of arsenic and radiation, the amounts are not harmful to humans. Just don't go eating 5 lbs of dirt, and you will be fine.
She did the same thing with Starbucks latte and was proven wrong directly after. See the links below.

Among the idiotic claims was that the foodbabe was "shocked" that Starbucks PUMPKIN SPICE latte contained no pumpkin. It says in the description pumpkin SPICE. Only an idiot would think there is actual pumpkin in the coffee.
BEER WARS
Another attack by the bimbo the foodbabe was her attack on the ingredients in beer.
Foodbabe: Beer
Beer, being close to my heart as i am a homebrewer, was her target. SHe did just like she always does and picks out an ingredient and says that beer is deadly because it has x ingredient in it. However, this time, she was owned completely by knowledgeable brewers and scientists.

A couple days ago, i posted to the foodbabe's facebook and stated how she is not a scientist and is actually an idiot, and showed her blogs getting disproven and ripped apart. Well, she quickly deleted the post, and i can no longer post to her facebook page.
Anyway, just wanted to rant, and expose the stupidity of the foodbabe.

Yeah, the only reason i started the thread was because someone on facebook posted about it, and the simpletons started posting "OMG, i'm never drinking pumpkin spice latte' again". Then i saw the source.
Mass idiocy exposed to the public angers me.

Interestingly enough I think she's winning on the beer front by shaming the breweries into adding an ingredients list on their beers.
