For me, Atlantic City. WTF. I've never been more disappointed in my life. 2nd is Daytona Beach.

Key West is pretty damn awesome if you are not a redneck. Been on a bachelor party and with the wives.
Snorkeling, fishing, eating well, and partying around non trashy people always works for me.

And I agree that if your only action in N.O. Is walking up and down bourbon drinking hand granades and shite beer after eating at tourist trap restaurants, I could agree that it sucks.

LA.

It's a more expensive Houston filled with fake people. I could not believe how hot and polluted that place was.
