I've got some old cap guns, will they give me some gas cards for 'em?

I mean, as long as they're going to do something stupid and useless, let's go all the way.

On the radio this morning they said previously they have destroyed several full auto 1920-1930 street sweepers. I assume he means the full auto tommy guns gangsters use?

Also every gun is checked against a stolen registry and against any possible crimes in the crime lab. If it's not on either it's destroyed.

The stolen gun story was they got a NOPD pistol stolen in the 30's or 40's.

There was a Police Dept. gun buy back program here in MS held in the Wal-Mart parking lot. I had POS Stephens 22 rifle that hadn't worked right in years and I could not get the gun to stop jamming. They were giving $200 for any rifle. My plan was to get my $200 for the POS Stephens 22 and go inside Wal-Mart and purchase a Marlin 60 22 rifle.

I got there about 15 minutes after it started and there were what looked like pawn shop owners with shopping carts full of POS guns and parts guns. The cops ran out of the allotted $10,000 within a matter of minutes buying nothing but junk. I didn't get shite cause they were out of cash before it was my turn in line. I don't think the cops bought one gun that was capable of firing a round.

I wish I could turn in my POS Rohm like this one for some good $$. I too would take the cash and put towards a new 22.

Don't see why not, might be a good way to pick up a nice gun or two.

You can show up and buy guns there. There are videos of people doing exactly that all around the country. Don't expect anything of much value though, but you never know.
