My results:

It was tough. I kept more in the OG/C spot than I normally would. 2 starting guards, 1 starting, center, 1 swing guys for both spots, and Jones has experience at RT his first two years, and that's why I kept him over a guy like Weaver.

Looks good. But I think Meachem makes the team.

I could see that. The last couple of cuts were really hard.

I think your picks are good as well but I am switching Griffin for McCown.

I tried for about ten minutes. This is brutal. I want to keep way too many (mostly to keep them away from Atlanta).

Salute to Mickey for a very talented roster!

Your 53 looks pretty good, but I keep counting 52 unless the PUP Cheta Ozougwu is counting towards the 53.

WR - I agree with your 5 selected however the fifth spot will either be Toon or Meachem as Colston, Cooks, Stills and Morgan are all locked in.

RB/FB - I don't think Lorig is living up to his expectations, but we will have to carry a full back so I don't know.

OT/OG - Bryce Harris keeps underperforming and Grubbs and Evans haven't been 100%, so it may open the door for Kelemente.

CB - My only concern is that Bailey may not be ready and If Lewis has a high ankle sprain we may need to carry another CB, or a sixth safety.

So - if it was only 52, I'm pulling for UDFA Pierre Warren.

Well it is kinda hard to live up to your expectations when you're injured?.

What happened to Fortt?

And if Butler ends up on IR again

The Pierre Warren Marcus Ball decision was the hardest for me.

I also only counted 52 active. Also Chetta was waived and put on IR(2 days after being put on PUP).

The last 4-5 cuts are very very hard.

Im cutting Champ Bailey & Victor Butler. Butler to me is an easy choice. He hasn't played. Bailey may be able to just come in and turn it on. Im not sure about him, but I think he's on the block at the least.

Rondal Powell, Rufus Johnson, sorry, this team is too good in the front 7, and too deep all around to hold on to "project" players. Your roster spot is too valuable.

Im keeping 6 safeties. With the versatility of some of the guys, they are interchangeable at CB. We really like Pierre Warren and dont think he'll pass thru the practice squad. We'd cut Marcus Ball before him, but think both can help on special teams.

We're also keeping 6 WR, which im not totally sure about. If one goes, I think it's Meachem. Meachem's spot could go to Ronald Powell, Deaderick, or Butler/Champ.

Youth wins out at backup QB and at K for me.

Same for yours, you only have 52. They must be counting Ozougwu, who is actually on IR and not PUP.

I guess that's why it's even harder

I think Deaderick may be my 53rd guy. Ive been impressed with him and he could lend some depth at DT

Good post. However, I would replace Cadet with Strozier and bump Reddick or Knox for 3rd QB McCown
