regarding Michael Brown's killing?

Seems to be that way.

It was assuredly so during the Zimmerman trial.

Hell, the facts were blantantly altered where possible and pointedly ignored when not in the Zimmerman case.

So yes, you are a racist for not marching in lockstep with them. The facts doesn't matter.

This is an opportunity for the CAUSE dammit!

Waiting for the facts is always the right call. The allegations and circumstances in this case are very different from Trayvon. Here we have an eye witness who says he saw the whole thing. And based on what he says, this was some egregious bullshite. This cop better get a really competent defense attorney.

Sorry if I don't jump up and go burn and steal stuff based on the word of this impartial eyewitness.

Every news conference and every testimony before Congress, about EVERY other subject has resulted in this comment, " I cannot comment, since this is an ongoing investigation".

I'm just glad that Ferguson does not have a pro team that just won a championship. It would take both Al AND Jesse to quell the riots.

I had my windshield wipers on while driving to work this morning; pretty sure that was racist too.

based on the facts in the case? Absolutely.

Jury disagreed to protect itself from another LA Riot, imo.

And I honestly can't blame them.

Which eye witness is that? the accomplice who said he just happen to see Mike walking down the street? The dude that said it was execution style? Or the person who said he had his hands up? Or the guy on the Rex video that completely collaborated the cops alleged story that Mike was charging him?

First you say:

Then you say:

I haven't offered an opinion one way or the other...the facts will come out in court. Under the penalty of perjury, usually the truth, whichever way it goes, comes out.
