(again)

So I'm on this grill kick lately and I usually have leftovers of some sort and was wondering what to do with them. Included in the mix are portobello mushrooms, asparagus, corn cut from the cob and chicken wings, all packing huge flavors from the grill.

A few slices with a knife, a table spoon full of miso paste, ramen noodles (the seasoning packet of crap that comes with the noodles gets placed into the garbage), soy sauce, green onions and togarashi are added to the mix.

Not the prettiest of pics, but voila...

You could give Auntie Fee (the next Rachel Ray) a run for her money. Here's her variation on this dish.

Caution for language.

All it needs is a soft cooked egg in the bowl.

An egg and grilled chicken is my usual go-to for ramen. I'm not the world's most creative cook
