Not sure how you could say the Pats would be ranked above us. We have more weapons and depth on either side of the ball than they do

Imagine us if we didn't sign byrd. We would be at least ranked 2nd. His bad back will be the end of us

We're better than the Pats. Both defenses look good on paper, but I think we have better players overall.
Makes me wonder if Brady wouldn't have made that all-world throw at the end of our week 6 game or Thompkins would have dropped it if the lineup would be the same...

I think we are better than the Pats and 49ers to be honest. But those are the 5 best teams.

Yeah, and we should have drafted Verrett in the 1st, Landry in the second, and someone in the 3rd. Then we'd be above the Seahawks.

Guess it doesn't matter that you're missing Bowman for at least half the season and lost half your secondary to FA because you went to the NFC championship 3 times in a row

I think we should definitely be above the Pats. Maybe the Broncos as well. Our defense is much better than theirs. Seahawks are the clear #1, IMO. Toss up for #2 between us and Niners, but I'd be ok if we were #3.
