I'm not familiar with his stuff at all so I have Annie Hall and Manhattan on the watchlist. Is Manhattan worth a watch?

Crimes and Misdemeanors is definitely my favorite Woody drama. It's just brilliant.

For the comedies, I'd have a tough time picking between Love and Death, Annie Hall, and Mighty Aphrodite. Several of the other comedies have their moments, as well.

Take, for instance, the opening of Bananas:

I'm in the too many to choose camp, but I own Annie Hall, Bananas, Crimes & Misdemeanors, Sleepers, Midnight in Paris, Love & Death, and Zelig. So... probably one of those

Zelig and Radio Days are favorites.

Hannah and Her Sisters is a sentimental favorite as well.

I saw it at the old Lakeside Theatre off of Causeway in Metairie when it was first released. It's my favorite for these two scenes alone:
