Sent his wife to speak at an event while he flew to DC to defend himself against the FEC. Apparently his filings were late.

Also, for pushing himself as the "grassroots DC outsider", the majority of his money is out of state and his campaign is being run out of new jersey.

Any of you Maness supporters want to shed some light on this? If he can't manage to get his FEC filings in on time, how can we expect him to govern efficiently and effectively?

I hope so.

He needs to stay the hell away from the GOP primary as Bill Cassidy is the only credible republican tat can actually beat one of the most powerful political families in Louisiana and punish bloody Mary for her political whoring swing vote for ObamaCare.

Give me a guy that's 95% conservative, very smart and absolutely electable as opposed to a guy that's 100% conservative, very dumb and not a shot in hell at winning,

If he could run a pure Louisiana grassroots and money driven campaign, I'd be more supportive of the idea of him running. Unfortunately for him, I think a lot of people realize he's a prop candidate meant to pull votes away from Cassidy.

Minor hijack: can someone remind me what she got for LA in exchange for that?

I don't see how it could be, didn't I hear Sarah Palin talking about him the other day? If so this race is as good as over.

A so called "Medicaid Fix", which IMO she would have gotten anyway. Does anybody believe the Obama Administration would deny Medicaid money to any state?

It was a fig leaf for her to vote the way she was going to anyway.

Yeah. All the pay for votes provisions got dumped. Nebraska suffered a similar issue.

Heard a radio ad this morning where Palin was asking people to vote for Maness.

I know Maness. He's got his Air Force pension, got his land, worked at Entergy for a couple years but ineffective...he should be working for Cassidy...not running against him...I told him so.

Ineffective at Entergy? Care to expound on that?

Cassidy is nowhere near the same country code as conservative.

Cassidy only fulfills two of those things. IIRC, he scored in the 60s (out of 100) on the Heritage Foundation's Conservative Scorecard.

Maness can't fcking win. He can't even sniff the same polling numbers Cassidy can.

Get this is your heads now. Mary is going to win this thing if you don't stop screwing around with this pecker measuring contest among republicans about who is more conservative.
Go get your far right people in your local and state elections.
This one is far too important. A Mary win maybe what keeps the dems in control and she is going to vote every single time how Obama tells her to.
