A bit rare for my tastes but to each their own. Take a walk on the wild side.

Ummmm....no. You can eat it, but not me. And I only eat rare steaks.

Blue rare, or raw steaks...this burger was ordered 'rare - please don't cook it'.

That's raw. Mid rare is the lowest I go for a burger.

Had a beauty from high hat today. Perfect mid rare.

It's glorious. You've got to try it prepared this way. Not even sure how they flipped it. Usually you have to let it set up a bit.

I've had meat that rare from someone not knowing what they're doing on the grill. It was quality meat, just not cooked. I just don't like ground meat that way.

I don't know why you feel the need to incessantly notify message board readers about how rare you like your beef; I've never seen someone so proud of something so insignificant.

Trapaini's in BSL. They hand cut all their steaks and grind their burgers. It was a treat.

Another 60-90 seconds and I'd be ok with it. I don't mind rare but I want it at the least warm. If I'm eating it raw then that's fine but it goes from raw, not touching the grill to warm all the way through. No middle ground.

First time I've ever posted a pic of beef on this board. I love that everyone else can chime in on their preferences, but if you're a bit different, or memorable in some way, it's off putting. First time I've ever posted a food pic of beef that I've consumed. I've talked about it a bunch, I give you that, but shite we're here to share what moves us.
