Need help deciding where to go for my birthday dinner next week. Haven't been to any of the aforementioned. TIA.

Doris
Careful ordering cocktails. Friend of mine went a week ago, ordered 6 cocktail and was hit with a $140 tab.
I do think it's the best of the list, though.

I think Antoine's sucks. R'evolution is going to be about the most expensive option in the city (but good), never been to Doris. Why are these the options?

I'd go with some other options besides those three.
Gautreau's, Commander's, Clancy's, Martinique, Coulis, etc.

Arnauds is the worse on that list. Depends of what type of food your looking for as to the others: Doris is primarily a very upper end steak house (and, very good); R"evolution is nuveau cajun/creole and can bit hit or miss at times. May want to try the warehouse district and pick from Cochon, Peche, Herbsaint, Root amongst many others. If your trying to stay in the FQ, I would add Irene's and NOLA to your choices.

Went to Arnaud's last year and it was very lackluster. Not a big fan of Commander's either (I rather their lunch than dinner). Haven't been to Clancy's yet, so maybe I'll put that in the mix.

Arnauds is head and shoulders above Antoine's these days, and I'm not disagreeing with the experience you say you had there necessarily.

Antoine's is absolutely iconic, no doubt. It just isn't up to par for NOLA restaurants anymore. The Emeril's/Besh influence (may be arbitrary, may just be timing) in NOLA, combined with absolute renaissance post Katrina has left a good number of iconic restaurants in the dust.
R'evolution is definitely on point, but if you have a large party and eat well you will be absolutely shocked with the bill. I bought my parents brunch for my dad's birthday, party of 4, and it was just under $500. Can't imagine what a 3 hour dinner with nice cocktails and wine would do for a party of 8 or so. It was really good though.
All that said, Emeril's or August or Bayona (Susan Spicer) will blow you away. Absolute iconic places that may not have the history of Antoines, Arnaud's, Commanders, and Galatoire's, but are just plain better.
If your party is 6 or 8, I'd look at Sylvain or a similar style place with a good mixologist. It really adds to a big dinner when everyone is knocked out by the drinks they are consuming. Really inventive/good apps paired with great drinks makes for a fine night in NOLA.

Skip Antoine's. It's not in the league with the other two. I haven't been to Doris, but hear good things about it. My brother has been many times and loves it, so if you want steak, it sounds like a good place. My best meal of the year, so far, was at R'evolution. I want to go back. That would be my pick of the three. I've seen photos of some new dishes they've made on Facebook. They look terrific. My review is in the thread below.
