Can't think of one from South Park I disliked. They're always hilarious.

Who dislikes Flashback episodes? Hell, LOST was entirely built on that premise.

The family guy ones are usually well done but drag on forever

They're clearly well done, but it's merely bragging that "my composer is better than yours". South Park always feel authentic and makes you know that they're not only justified, but needed to tell the story. Only one I can remember that does that on Family Guy is "I Need a Jew".

I'm referring to sitcom type shows where they have the main actors talking about an occurence and then flashback to footage of older episodes. None if it being new content. It doesn't happen much anymore.

I'm not referring to flashbacks in terms of a main character having a flashback to a previous unexplored state where all of the content is new.

Oh the Family Guy flashbacks, where the content has nothing to do with the current story. Got it. Sorry for being critical.

I think he's talking about the network tv shows that have "filler" episodes in which they use old clips of the show to fill the show because they're out of ideas. Friends did this a lot during the holidays

Idt he means cutaway gags

Case by case basis. If it's good, it's good. If it sucks, it sucks.

If the puppet episode of Community counts I hated that.

Scrubs musical episode is a classic. Probably 2nd best episode behind the finale IMO
