just some quick opinions on PS4 v. XBOne

Can I really go wrong with either system?
I know yall get this question all the time, but just looking for some quick opinions.
I'm not a gamer and am purchasing for Fifa as of right now. Otherwise, I'm not sure how much time I'll invest in it.
Is one system glaringly better than the other?
Please and thanks. And if you're interested, I'll answer LSU recruiting questions as a trade for your info/time (if you even care).

If you plan to use your system for entertainment quite a bit, I'd go with the One. The kinect voice commands work really well too.
Another thing to think about is exclusive titles.

Do you watch TV? If so, based on your gaming preferences, get tONE. You'll use it everyday.

I agree. I like my PS4 but it sounds like XBone is the way to go for you sir.

I watch TV but don't us my XBOX for it, hitting the input button is often faster than yelling at it to change channels or do something else.
Both systems are good and you really can't go wrong, but when it comes to pure gaming id give PS4 the edge. The new DS4 is a massive upgrade and its damn near interchangeable when I switch to my XBOX.
I have not touched either really the last month b/c the world cup

I've owned both PS and Xbox since the beginning and I will eventually own both again. I went with PS4 first because I liked the new controller better and I wanted to play the Sony exclusives more than the current XBox exclusives. I ended up buying a Wii U instead of an XBone but I'm sure I'll eventually end up with all of them.

I love my Xbox. Prefer it over th PS4 for reasons like halo and the controller. But the ps4 is really nice. Can't go wrong with either one. I think it sounds like the xbox would be better for you personally.

XBOX's advantage is live tv integration.

obviously, voice commands, but the part that still makes me happiest is that "Xbox on" turns on not just the Xbox, but my TV and surround sound as well. And even if you hate the voice commands(per a select few on here), hitting the power button will turn them all on as well.
