I'm sure most everyone already knew these. The problem is most cops get used to dealing with trash so they just decide to treat everyone that way.

On the general merits, he probably has a good point for most of them, though a lot of the "points" just veer into "get off my lawn" territory and have nothing to do with his abilities as a police officer.
