If I was rich, I would start my own Indian/Middle eastern/Lebanese and ethopian place. I'd make a killing.

Vietnamese

they could sell the shite out of some Pho, Bahn Mi sandwiches, sliders, and tacos.

I'd probably eat there 3 times a week at least considering it's not expensive

The LSU area is definitely lacking in some good Viet and Thai food, or at least they were when I was there. There were plenty of Middle Eastern/Lebanese sort of places and plenty of sushi joints.

Easily this. Crazy how NOLA has a viet spot on every block and BR has zero near campus

I'd open a place like Al's in Birmingham right near Tulane campus but w/ alcohol.

My place would be a casual place with rolls ( Indian street food- spicy meat, peppers, onions in a chapati), gyros, shwarma, Ethopian stew with naan, and maybe curry.

I found when I was at LSU that BR barely had any Viet places...or they were in other parts of BR that weren't near campus at all.

Is BR the biggest city in the US without one?

It's crazy.
