Is Aspartame Going To Kill Me?

The worlds most genuine doctor, Dr. Mercola, says so. What says the OT?
I'm on the side that the government is not trying to kill me. GMOs are not a big deal, but Monsanto as a company can GTF. I don't need to spend $6 a gallon on raw milk (thanks wife), and this organic thing is complete crap. I try to stick to a keto/paleo diet with as much processed food left out. I don't need to shop at WF either.
I don't know anything about aspartame though. IS MY LIFE IN PERIL?

actually sometimes I have way more than that.
I bought three twelve packs on Sunday. I've been alone all week. I have four cokes left period.
I'm thinking I'm just going to stop and then deal with the headaches and then try a juice cleanse.
then switch ti tea or water and juice.
All I seem to drink is milk and zeros (and juice late night/early am). Can't be good for my stomach.

I was doing the same thing. I couldn't stop drinking them. I would go days and days without taking a drink of water. Finally, one morning I dumped almost a full case out in the sink. That was about 5-6 months ago. I will drink one every once in a while at night if I have been pounding beer all day but they aren't nearly as tempting as they used to be.
