Well, Banner made dude angry by trying to cure him. Evil Hulk then smashed Banners only chance of ever curing himself which brought out real Hulk who proceeded beat evil hulk arse all over the lab.

I maintain that it wasn't as good as the finale and a few other episodes leading up to it after several rewatches.
Fantastic episode but I still think too many big things happened that decreased some of the feeling from each event,
