Otis, Georges at Alys Beach is down the road towards Panama City Beach and is really really good too, worth a trip IMHO

We are having fresh coho salmon(slow roasted per Gris Gris), melange of farro, black quinoa, black lentils, oat groats & hulled barley with carmelized vidalia and red onion, assorted peppers, garlic, roasted broccoli/brussels sprounts and asparagus.....seasoned with fresh grated turmeric root, kosher salt and black pepper.

Frying operation just commenced.

Speckled trout, catfish (because of this morning's misfortune), hush puppies, fries, eggplant, home grown tomatoes, and some goddamn corn nuggets. I've drank enough beer to kill a baby whale since 8:30am.

Soon to be on the BGE is marinated chicken kabobs, chicken breasts, and some shrimp on a cedar plank.

Wife is doing up a mixed green salad, bow tie pasta, ciabatta bread in the oven.
