After looking at the Streamsong Resort, it got me thinking about locations I think would be golf paradise for a vacation. Any ideas?

The Old Course is definitely one dream I hope to make happen.

I have played it twice and walked it once. It's cool to be able to say you have played it but it is really just ok.

Was there for the US Open a couple weeks ago. Looked like any other local muny across the US that doesn't water their fairways and has turtle-back greens.

Bandon dunes is an amazing experience. It is just hard to get to. I liked it more than pebble. Pebble was cool to do once but the pacific dunes course at bandon was better. No carts at bandon though.

I wasn't overly impressed with Pebble either. Hell, we had an early tee time and they didn't even do the clean up lap on some of the greens.

Pebble Beach

I have a friend that played Pebble and he said the play was extremely slow. It was almost a 6 hour round.
