Minus the purchases to get to level 20 I have made about $100 off of the cards.

$100? That's impressive. I've made about $12.

A few bucks. I may play video games, but the people who buy these cards are fricking nerds

I have bought a few to finish a set to craft the badge in hopes of getting a rare item I can sell. It has somewhat worked. I got a few things in the $5-$15 range I have sold. Not bad for spending a few cents on a few cards. The cards are pretty much a game in themselves but more along the lines of gambling.

This is the gaming board, pretty much the definition of nerds. Luckily we aren't in high school anymore so no one gives a frick.

Hey man, video games aren't nerdy, but the badges are a different level

I've probably made $4-5 bucks. Like others, I'll try to craft a badge every now and then if I'm just a card or two off.

Not angry and actually didn't have that problem in high school specifically. My point was more that when you get older you don't have to care about what other people think.

Just like the CS:GO weapon skin roulette. Once I start I can't stop.

Speaking of, I have a bunch of weapon skin cases I dont want to buy a stupid key @ $2 for. What can I do with them? Or are there other ways to open them?

The first day I got 3 foil cards, sold them for $6 bucks a piece. I wondered if I should have held off on them, but I really wanted RockSmith so I caved.
