I'd hate to go in for a medical procedure and find out I was no longer living.

Would like this paradox to be reconciled by any of our resident cheerleaders.

OK, there are 90,000 IRS agents and the IRS has an IT budget of 2 Billion, so the IRS could buy every single agent a new computer every single year and still have 1.9 Billion in their IT budget, and that is a drop in the bucket of their entire budget.

I'm sorry Mrs so and so, but our computers crashed and we lost all your data. Therefore we can't remember if you had breast or brain cancer, but it is tax season so remember to file your taxes on time.

I may or may not be involved with a group that is working on a solution to this, and we may or may not have a meeting with a powerful DC insider next month.

All I can say right now.

That's what I've been wondering. If, according to Libs like Rex, the IRS is so underfunded that they can't afford updated computers then how will they handle enforcing Obamacare?

Either way it goes it raises serious questions

"If govt. WORKERS are so bad, can we trust them with our medical records?"

Fixed it; to posit the real question. And this board knows the answer.

The Authoritarian Socialist slaughtered over a HUNDRED MILLION of their own citizenry for their 'social justice' cause in the last century. It is absurd to become indignant that they would not use government power to further their Ideological hegemony...and lie like a rug to cover it up.

Earth 2014.

The fact is bigger is not always better, and the fact is humans function better when you get machines out of the way and there is personal contact.

The day when you can't go see your doctor, and say hello to the receptionist he knows you and has your folder ready for Dr. Kildair or whomever is the day we are in big trouble.

We are moving closer and closer to that point.

We are losing our humanity and giving it to big brother.

Don't forget the IRS also gave out 89 million in bonuses last year, enough to have paid the 10-30 million that was said was needed to upgrade the IRS backup system and still have money left over.

Heartily agree! Good for the board. Honest man. Just finds it really hard to accept how far OUR HOMEGROWN Authoritarian Socialist are willing to go to run the show. The evidence becomes clear...little by little.

I've long realized that their success will be their downfall. Herding cats...or rather...herding TIGERS is not practical. Or moral. Honesty might work better.

I agree he's more level headed than many. He's just much more reasonable about this than I expected.

Only the disingenuous Obama boot lickers on this board can deny that one of these two things has to be true:

A. The Obama Administration is incompetent.

B. The Obama Administration is corrupt.

Due to the circumstances of most or all of these scandals, there can be no other choice.
