After the first few times you get shot it's not that bad. Just becomes part of everyday life when you are cultured.

So are you telling citizens to buy body armor?
Is that even legal?


Seems like bad advice.

How about you stop writing brake tag tickets in he nicer areas and start going after the hoodlums in the 'jects.

Hell if NOLA would stop releasing felons and violent misdemeanors criminals for overcrowding maybe we could curtail some of this.
But our pathetic and apathetic police force desrves some of the blame for sure.
