They have no regard for United States laws, Constitution or the United States citizens. Totally ignore court orders and such. Destroy federal documents and cover up federal violations.

I think they are the most blatant. everybody knows that emails aren't stored on a computers hard drive. You can access your email account from any computer. The fact that they use this excuse knowing that everyone knows it is bullshite shows that they don't care what anyone thinks and they think that they are untouchable.

This. They get away with it due to flagrant bias of the liberal news media.

Agree, its like they arrogantly flaunt it in the America peoples faces.
Will they every legitimately get called on it and have to answer for all of this?

I am personally knowledgeable of a Federal employee being disciplined for receiving a NSFW email and not reporting it to his manager. Not did he forward it or save it. Best thing was the email in question was received almost two years prior, and they never pulled his PC. Granted, this was not the IRS, but this type of blatant hyprocrisy only tells me they are hiding something or covering for Obama's staff. I bet if I went to the OIGs website I could pull multiple IRS email discipline investigations not associated with 501c4

My personal opinion? Pretty close.

Just using recent events and applying to my personal situation;
Wolfhound45: Uhm, we might have been involved in some illegal activity in my organization. We're sorry.
Investigator: Wolfhound45, we want to look into your e-mails and see what happened.
Wolfhound45: My hard drive crashed, all of my e-mails are gone.
Investigator: It happens. No worries.
Do you honestly think I wouldn't be facing an AR 15-6 investigation on my conduct? Simply because my hard drive crashed? Really?

Check out how Hitler took over Germany by enacting a Law that gave him power to go around parliarment and disbanded their constitution. Sound familiar?

The Attorney General position should not be appointed by the president imo. Conflict of interest there. Hard to say who should appoint him. Congress or the Supreme Court and Federal Court System. The position could also be an elected position similar to the states. This administration illustrates how the current AG can run cover for a lawless administration.
Another option would be to give congress its own AG with the power to investigate, and prosecute independently of the AG's office. I mean if the AG is corrupt, who gets to prosecute him?
In addition, to clean up the rest of the mess. IMO, every Congressman and appointed head of an agency should have a complete audit of their finances once a year and made public to insure that they have not enriched themselves from public service.

The Nixon administration was pretty lawless, but at least there was a mainstream press that investigated and was able to uncover and publicize that lawlessness. The Obama administration is at least as lawless, but the difference is that the mainstream press is comprised of individuals who for the most part support Obama and don't want to rock the boat. The "see no evil" mentality of the mainstream press means that the actions of the lawless Obama administration do not get the same scrutiny as those of the Nixon administration (and, for that matter, other administrations).

I can't answer that question because if I do then you guys get pissed at the "bush did it too" and "Reagan's not president".
But I'll make a bet with you.... For every one "scandal" of Obama, I can name two of Bush and Reagan. For every one person under in the Obama administration accused of wrongdoing, I can name 5 in the Bush or Reagan administrations.
Wanna bet?
