I see from time to time, some of you guys talking about these. Came across this thing this morning and figured I'd share.

I cooked some scallops on this at a buddy's house the other day. Fantastic. Really thinking about buying one, although not really sure how often I would use it.

I don't understand how you wouldn't have to clean it after cooking raw meat and fish on it.

I haven't pulled the trigger yet on this since my egg and grill are stored right now, but I'm going to as soon as I'm back in business outdoors. Darla, report back when you use it.

We've had some threads on these before pretty recently, but I couldn't pull them up on TD or the google search. Maybe someone else can.
