First post!

Hello everyone,

Me and a buddy of mine started a new food series that just got picked up by the online Youtube network Tastemade. Going forward, we want to involve the foodie community on our development and have people help us choose what dishes to take on next.

Here's our most recent video for a sample: Asian Babyrack Ribs and Sweet Chili Roasted Brussels Sprouts

If anyone can share helpful critiques or recommendations of dishes you'd like us to do our take on, that would be awesome!

We're looking for dishes that can easily be cooked and served family-style.

Any helpful and constructive feedback is appreciated!

you should say the exact measurements for the audience, and not just pour and mix stuff without saying how much.

There's not much crust on those steaks and you go way too fast. Too many steaks in the skillet at once. One of them was just gray on the outside. They were cooked well as far as temperature, but not nearly enough sear because too many in the skillet brought the temp down as did all the oil and butter you added before the sear.

I didn't see any stiff egg whites in the waffle video. Some folks will go with what they can see. Stiff egg whites don't look like what's in the video.

That was one of the critiques we got in the beginning video with the steak. Will definitely improve on that with any future steak videos.
