Hey all...got about 300 AO's in the Houston Airport right now. Another roughly 250-300 fly out tomorrow night. Flight was supposed to be at 11:30 but that shite didn't happen. Getting very very drunk and meeting some new people. Some of y'all won't give a shite, but I'll try to keep y'all updated and update pics when I can

Y'all on an A380? Otherwise that's going to be a tight squeeze.

They said 275 just now. So idk? All I know it's I'm row 14 on a window.

Boarding now, roughly a 10-hour flight. Idk who else is going with the AO's who posts on here, so I'll try to keep y'all updated with events and what not

Update. 2nd plane of AO's flew into today. There are about 400-430 AO's at the hotel I am at (Parque Da Costeira), then roughly 150 scattered throughout a few more hotels.

Internet here is complete shite. I'll have it for a few minutes, then not have it for a while. It was STORMING all last night and this morning, let up at about 10am. Most people decided to stay around here for the day. You can see downtown Natal and Ponta Negra from our hotel and the beach and it's beautiful when it's not raining. Hopefully the rain is done and tomorrow the pitch will be perfect. Not much more to update except I've met some AO's from Lafayette, drank with some "veterans" at the Houston airport who have been to the last 4 World Cups, and just trying to be social. So far Brazilian people are nice and they're trying to speak English, but they speak English as well as I speak Portuguese

Like I said before, I'll try to keep everyone updated, tomorrow should be way way crazier with a lot more stories

I'm sitting on a delta headed to New York at 35k feet. Do NOT buy the wifi bc it is not strong enough to watch live on ESPN app

A lot of people who "speak English" think that they do so far better than they actually do.

No it is not. Gogo is about 3mb down 100k up.

All terrestrial wifi connections are that way. There is a new sat system deployed on some transoceanic aircraft with DSL like speeds. It's either Ka or Ku-band
