Foster's is definitely NOT Australian for Beer

Have been here for a week, traveled from Sydney to Melbourne, and the only can of Foster's I have seen was a camera in the shape of a Foster's can in a camera museum.
Australia has some damn fine beers, though.

I remember drinking mostly VB and Tooheys when I was down there. Those I prefer the New Zealand beer Tui over the Aussie beers I tried.

Foster's is Australian for Natty Light.

It's brewed just across the border in canada so it can still say "imported" (or used to be anyway).
It had it's 15 minutes but has always been terrible beer.

XXXX (Fourex) is what everyone drinks in Queensland.

That they do.....went couple of years ago to brother in law and sister in law's in Perth. Little Creatures is pretty good. They are coming here in a few weeks, and he is brining me some back.
Those Aussies love to drink though...
