Is there a way to were they won't be as soggy?

Refry them. On oven around 450 can work too, depending on the style of fry.

Why would you want to do that? Like the common cold, there is no cure.

I beg to differ. If you have a decent toaster oven, reheating fried foods isn't so hard. The elements are relatively close to the food...if your TO has a "broil" setting, try it out. Put fries, fried fish, etc on a piece of foil...either use the broil setting or try around 375 degrees. Works fine for fairly thick cut fries.
Do not try this with shoestrings.

i reheat almost everything under the broiler. use a sheet of foil on cookie pan. takes 5-10 min depending on what you put in there. used to use toaster oven to do same thing, but don't have one anymore.

Before you buy your hunting license, get a Breville Smart Oven....best $200 I've spent on a kitchen item in a long time. LINK -

With the exception of re-frying them, I have yet to find a way to successfully and easily accomplish this.

Wait, you need a license now to hunt down rabid dogs? Thanks, Obama.

Dice them up and put them in some sauteed butter and onions and then scramble some eggs in that and add some fresh pico.....

I put them in the microwave for a few seconds to get the inside re-warmed and then put them in the toaster ovens to crisp them up. Like someone else said, it works better for thick cut fries as opposed to shoestrings.

Ain't gonna happen any time soon.
