A team you really hate but in a city you love?

I hate the Bucs but love Tampa. Does a city's sports team make you feel differently about the city itself?

I hate Miami and have actually never been there but I am probably the worlds biggest Heat fan from way back.

This is one of the dumbest things I've ever read.

New Orleans Pelicans. Grew up a Saints and Rockefs fan after the Jazz left in NOLA. I never got into the Hornets when they moved to NOLA.

I love Chicago, but think Cub fans are a bunch of preppy douchebags who think losing is cute. i also hated the Bulls when Jordan was there because they turned every instance of him being a sociopath and spun into a cute little story about how he cares about winning. No, he is a sociopath and he proves people who root for the winner no matter how crappy of a personality he has.

I agree with that. Don't like the Yankees, but NYC is awesome.

And to a lesser degree, all Philly teams. The city itself is okay (not my favorite, but not terrible), but I root against all of their sports teams (esp the Phillies).

Seattle is amazing, if I had a job offer out there I'd move tomorrow. But I hate Seahawks fans, they're worse after winning the Super Bowl but they've been bad for years.

Honorable mention goes to Eugene, Oregon and the Ducks.
