Can anyone identify what type of this lizard this is?

Looks like the bearded dragons they sell at the pet stores.

In Southwest Texas, they call them horny toads. Not sure what the real name is.

ETA: They are in fact named "Texas Horned Lizard"

ETAA: I'm not positive that's what that lizard is, but they do say they are found in Louisiana.

It looks similar but not the same. Horned Lizards or Horned Frogs have larger defined spikes across the top rear of the head, wider bodies, and shorter tails.

Is this a pet or just something found outside? How large? If it is around 6 or 7 inches, has a blue belly, and was caught outside, probably a swift lizard.

I have never seen one here. South and west Texas yes but ant poison has been very hard on the little buggers.
