Is anyone else noticing subtle changes in the interface. For example in the settings menu, there are blue dividing lines between categories. Also, the drop down menu has separating lines now

Update:none of the stuff I was seeing earlier is there. Weird

that stuff changes with the native OS from the phone company. My sense 4.4 will look different than a touchwiz 4.4

Yeah there were many subtle changes in that update.

Is there a working Root for this?

I can't find one on any of the regular Android sites. I received a warranty replacement S4 and can't find a Root for it (ATT).

Do you mean 4.4.3? I know there was a rumor it was going out to Tmobile users today.

4.4.2 doesn't have blue dividing lines in the settings menu on the nexus 5. You sure it isn't 4.4.3?

And what drop down menu are you talking about?

Touchwiz often doesn't like new versions of Android. It is all part of Samsungs marketing plan to get the next phone.

this whole thread is confusing.

the new kitkat update should dramatically alter the appearance of your contacts & phone dialer..much more like 'google now' card based.

is that what you have?

fyi i am on nexus 5 tmo and no update as yet.

I wish they'd update the Messaging app. I like Textra, but would prefer to use stock, and it's pretty meh. I know they want us to use Hangouts now, but it's a little slow on the Nexus 4.

I won't be running 4.4.3 until PA merges it, so I don't know if my nexus 5 was sent the update T-Mobile yet.

And yea Im still confused as to what the op was talking about. Thread is worthless without pics.

4.4.2 is not new. Not sure what's going on here.

For some devices, it is.
