time warner installer here now

He is the epitome of professionalism. Right now he is laying on his back on my living room floor talking to tech support.

We moved to a nicer apartment in Dallas while our home is being built and TWC is the only option.

I had a Comcast guy scheduled to come out. We talked about what was needed to be down. Just hooking up cable and internet in a few rooms. He calls on his way to my house then never shows. When I called to see what was going on the guy had put down that he showed up and I was rude to him so he left even though he never showed up

Nobody, and I mean nobody beats Comcast for worst customer service.

So do all the cable company techs for the major providers have some sort of bulletproof CBA or something. Every single one that I've dealt with has been generally a rude shithead and it seems like a substantial amount of people have similar experiences? What's the deal?

Nah, when you have a major issue and end up seeing 4 different techs in a week you're gonna get to meet a nice one.

I've been lucky enough to only have to deal with installers and not had to have someone come back out to fix a problem.

The installers have always had a rather pissed off demeanor and acted like it was some kind of problem that they got called out to install my system.

I've never needed tech service for DirecTv but the installers I've had have always been great.

I had a MediaCom guy do a transfer of service this morning at 9am. Me and my gf were at work so my mom was there while he did the install...

I check my phone at 10:15 and had 7 missed calls from the guy in about 5 minutes



He left his "meter" as he called it in my apt (i told him me nor my gf would be back until 430 this afternoon)

He just now got to pick it up when I got home from work. He said today has been the worst without this thing.

So I post the picture on time warner csbles facebook page and the response is what I'd expect from this company.

"Sorry about this but were your services installed?"
