Call me Johnny Reb, cause I've never heard of them and they're #11. I find it pretty comfortable under my rock.

I just got curious because we were talking about Bell's in another thread. They are top 10, so they should have the size and distribution network to be in Louisiana (and Oregon, for that matter).

Every brewery surrounding Abita is doing way more interesting stuff. It is high time they catch up

Come on, Seersucker Pils is out this week. They haven't done a lager since, um, nevermind.

Agreed. I can see Deschutes and Bell's, as their distribution essentially looks like it hasn't expanded into the regions LA occupies. Lagunitas is a real headscratcher, however. It's all around LA, but not in it. Kinda like what we used to see with some of the breweries we got this year. Hopefully with Lagunitas opening up the new brewery we should see them make inroads into our market in the next year or so. I feel like I've seen that posted around here?

So Abita is #14 out of all breweries in the USA?

Is this some kind of sick joke?

Didn't read the article, but wondering if this number takes into account contract brew volume. For instance, Matt/Saranac brews for Costco (Full Sail for Miller?).

Wonder if thier numbers are inflated due to these revenue streams.

18th largest brewery in the country by volume, only available in Wisconsin. Damn, those cheese heads can drink some beer.

That LSU v Wisconson game in 2016 should be an awesome road trip. Lambeau Field, New Glarus, and get the watch the tigers kick the shite out of another Big10 team.
