Dupuy's for sure.

Or Suire's...but I don't know how late it stays open.

i think Kaplan has 1 restaurant : Heberts Steakhouse

Abbeville : shucks, dupuys, or Richards as noted above

FYI - you're only 20 min from Laffy with dozens of choices

Dupuys for sure, it's not super divey, but it also isn't fancy. Best spot in Abbeville for sure.

If in Kaplan do Mickey's, but I wouldn't suggest going to Kaplan at all.

There isn't really a dive restaurant in Abbeville. It's kind of a small city. Hope you enjoyed Dupuys, if you stayed.

There was a line a mile long for Dupuys, lotta people dressed up to.

Can anyone tell me what Oasis is? There had to be 50 trucks in that parking lot.

Dude...
Go to Dupuy's.
Put your name on the list, go drink at the bar, eat some great food.
It's Abbeville. There aren't many places there to get dressed up and go eat at.
I guess you could try El Camino's or that other Mexican place not far from it. There are about 100 random Chinese Buffets.
You can go get some fried rice at Maxi Mart. There won't be people dressed up there for sure.

I also support this.
People may be dressed up and there may be a line though. So OP may not think it's divey enough
